  After a U-Turn on validity, Peppa Pig has brought home the bacon and succeeded in having the ‘Tobbia’ trade mark deemed invalid in the EU.
  After a U-Turn on validity, Peppa Pig has brought home the bacon and succeeded in having the ‘Tobbia’ trade mark deemed invalid in the EU. The owners of the ‘Peppa Pig’,  Entertainment One UK and Ashley Baker Davies, brought a case in relation to their EU trade mark stating that ‘Tobbia’ mark which registered in the same class of goods, Class 25 for clothing, footwear and headgear, and depicted a suspiciously similar looking pig, was invalid.
