Adidas vs Skechers *Update*

The long standing legal dispute between Adidas and Skechers has finally come to a close. On Wednesday the two trainer giants settled the lawsuit brought by Adidas in September 2015 accusing Skechers of trade mark Infringement over its signature three-stripe mark. Both parties agreed to settle, each dismissing all claims as well as paying their own attorneys fees and expenses. The terms of the settlement and what each company would have lost/gained are confidential.
