Protect your Brand, Logo or Slogan with a Trademark Application in the EU

If you are trading in the EU then it's important to protect your brand in the 28 member states with a registered trademark.

To do this we need to:

a) Conduct a full trademark search on the CTM and individual EU member states databases and we can carry this out for you for £100+VAT

b) If the results of the Trademark Search report are positive then after a full consultation we will file a trademark application on your behalf. We will confirm everything in writing so that your application is accurate. 

c) We will name the name and address of the owner- plus a jpg of your image if we are filing a logo or word logo too.

d) The Trademarkroom wil keep you fully updated throughout the process.

e) Once regsitered (about 5 months in total) we will send you your certificate. On going support available.
