Trade mark scam warning: be aware!

We have been made aware of a number of letters and emails being sent to trade mark owners offering them services to ‘protect’ their mark.

These offers have been found to be scams and will only try and take a high level of fees that would never be charged by a genuine trade mark expert.

We urge you to be vigilant and never pay fees or interact with these companies until you are sure that they are legitimate.
