OHIM now to be called EUIPOAs of today March 23, the terms Community Trademark (CTM) or Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market (OHIM) will no longer be in use. From now it will be called a European Union Trademark (EUTM) and the European trademark authority will be called: European Union Intellectual Property Office (EUIPO).
